Design of Tent was proposed in association with MP Bamboo Mission at common facility center for Bamboo Craftsman at district Harda as a part of a cluster adoption and sustenance programme.
The gulit-free tents with zero discharge zero-synthetic wastage, minimum installation time, generated employment for unskilled and rural markets with 100% Local Raw Material.
Applications:
Hospitality & Events:-
High end hospitality festivals, melas, luxury travel programes and wedding or corporate events. Can be carried to the locations, assembled for usage and flat-packed again to store.
Luxury Personal Accommodation:-
Personal accommodations in Farm houses, orchids or the land where construction is not allowed as per land use.Can be a mobile habitable asset for personal use.
Habitat, Medical & Education centers:-
Can be used as a low cost housing or a temporary housing pertaining to a project. Can also be used as a temporary and mobile rural education or medical camp.
Emergency situations:-
Can be used in the pandemic situations or at the time of natural calamities where quick temporary accommodation is required and can be mass produced at low cost.

Designed for easy transport:-
The system is designed to flat-pack in minimum volume possible and with lesser weight as compared to mild steel or Aluminium tent system.
Sustainability:-
Designed in the craft cluster with use of local materials and skills. The materials palette is chosen wisely to have minimum embodied energy and can be decomposed easily.

The tents are capable of managing the waste without leaving anything on site once the event is over.

The system can be installed by unskilled labour with little bit of guidance and labour can be also arrange locally if needed.

The project is intended to involve local craftsmen, women, local skilled & unskilled labourers and farmers working out a system of circular economy within the cluster.
