Chillar's Residence

Gurugram | Apartment | Interior Design

This 3BHK luxury residence at BPTP Freedom Park, Gurugram, exemplifies modern minimalist interiors tailored for the contemporary Indian context. The design leverages a fluid, open layout to maximize spatial volume, integrating a bespoke Mandir sanctuary and a sophisticated kitchen bar counter for social engagement. Complementing this high-end aesthetic, innovative false ceiling configurations provide architectural depth, establishing a refined benchmark for premium apartment design in the NCR region.

3BHK Apartment Interior Design at BPTP Freedom Park, Gurugram. This modern 3BHK apartment in BPTP Freedom Park, Gurugram is a perfect blend of functionality, minimalism, and elegance, thoughtfully designed to reflect the client’s lifestyle and beliefs. The design approach focuses on open spaces, natural light, and subtle textures, creating a serene and sophisticated living environment.

Entrance & Layout:-

The entryway is designed as a bright passage filled with natural light, leading to an L-shaped living and dining area. To maintain a sense of openness, we minimized the use of false ceilings, incorporating them only where necessary to conceal services. The central space is left open to enhance volume, while the dining and living clusters feature a circular recessed ceiling to host a chandelier and fan, complemented by strategically placed indirect mood lighting.

Living & Dining Area:-

The dining space is anchored by a luxurious dining table, paired with a crockery cabinet and a dedicated niche for a Mandir (prayer space). The Mandir is positioned to allow ample space for seating, creating a peaceful corner for spiritual moments. Opposite the Mandir wall, a series of handmade silk paintings by Orissa artisans adds an artistic touch.

Kitchen & Utility:-

The kitchen wall has been partially opened to create a bar-style serving counter, allowing more natural light and enhancing the sense of space. The extended service counter features a decorative light fixture and space for indoor plants like a money plant, adding vibrancy. The originally planned servant area has been transformed into a utility zone, accommodating washing and extra storage.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:-

The bedrooms are designed with a focus on volume and simplicity, avoiding heavy false ceilings and using track lighting for functional illumination. Bathrooms feature light tones like white and cream, combined with varied textures and a mix of reflective and matte surfaces, creating dynamic lighting effects throughout the day.

Design Language:-

The entire home is rendered in monotones with subtle floor textures using large-format tiles, complemented by ivory hues and minimal contrasts for highlights. This approach ensures a timeless, elegant aesthetic that resonates with the client’s preferences.
